Maintenance Supervisor Job at Olympic Management Company
Property Management Company seeking a full time Maintenance Supervisor at -two of our properties in Lynwood, WA.

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities
CORE RESPONSIBILITES:
- Participate in all maintenance projects.
- Responsible for the maintenance staff.
- Participate in after-hours emergency scheduling.
- Be responsible for inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials.
- Assist Manager in scheduling maintenance personnel, service requests, and adhering to other maintenance priorities.
- Be responsible for the refurbishing of apartments prior to resident occupancy.
- Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, service requests, apartment make-ready, and periodic inspections.
- Periodically inspect apartment interiors, building exterior and common areas (including pool and spa areas), performing repairs and janitorial assistance as needed.
- Verify that maintenance rooms and other storage areas are kept locked and cleaned, and maintain adequate lighting for the interior and exterior.
- Have constant knowledge regarding contracts and suppliers, their services and goods.
Requirements:

- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
Maintenance Requirements:
- O7B Trainee License (Provided by company)
- Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
