HILLS Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor at our luxury apartment community, Greyson on 27, in Nicholasville, Kentucky!
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a key role as team leader and team member; delegating, supervising and directing the work of the maintenance department while upholding our reputation and high standards of customer service. At HILLS, the Maintenance Supervisor is an individual who is fully accountable for leading with respect and a purpose to enhance the value and integrity of the property; embracing the mission and values of the company which maintain HILLS as a great place to live and work!
Duties include:
- Leading maintenance team
- Maintaining and elevating the community/asset
- Managing/supporting the timely completion of all maintenance and turnover needs, in accordance with company standards
- Manage successful vendor relationships
- Training and development of associates
- Building and maintaining customer loyalty and brand reputation

Requirements:- HVAC certified
- Have a minimum of 2 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- A keen eye for attention to detail for entire community.
- First- hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required.
- Must have superior communication & customer service skills.
- On call hours required.
