Maintenance Lead Job at BC Industries
BC Industries is looking for a maintenance lead. Job duties will include leading a group of workers in the industrial maintenance environment on various jobs to get the task done quickly and safely. BCI is an industrial contractor, and we travel all across the state but mostly stay in the Birmingham area within a 2- hour range. We are looking for someone with the qualified experience in industrial maintenance including but not limited to millwright work, plant shut down work, mechanical work, machinery repair, welding, construction, etc.
Applicant must have the following requirements:

- Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Minimum of 2 years of supervising a crew of people.
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing field is preferred
- Willing to travel out of town for 40+ hours a week at times
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable ways of means for transportation
