Essential Responsibilities:

Updating appropriate spreadsheets

Assisting with coverage when required

Respond to emails and phone calls

Document communications

Answer incoming calls and emails

Assist and respond to all homeowners’ questions relating to statements, violations, maintenance and other questions pertaining to their HOA

Ability to research and obtain information to resolve homeowners’ needs

Conduct follow up on specific requests made to agent by home owners

Basic computer skills

Proficient with Word, Excel, and Google platform Clear communication skills

Ability to problem solve and deal with stressful situations

Multitasking
