WORK SCHEDULE:
Full-Time - 40 Hours
Be available with a flex schedule (early morning to clear snow or early evening as needed/required).
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
Hourly rate at least $18.74/hr

SUMMARY:
Support the Director of Facilities in the maintenance and upkeep of our district facilities, and grounds with an emphasis on general maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Routine maintenance and upkeep of district facilities to include but not limited to:Plowing, snow removal and salting of sidewalks for the district.
Knowledge of general maintenance duties, such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
Some vehicle work and repair of operations equipment.
Grounds work as necessary
- Perform duties assigned for the district work order system.
- The ability to do small engine repair.
- Routine maintenance and understanding of fire alarm systems.
- Any and all other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or central office administrator.
- Be available for emergency call-ins when necessary.
- Must have the ability to work varied shifts. Must be able to work independently.
- Make recommendations of equipment needed for replacement for the Operations Department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.74 - $21.21 per hour
