Create-A-Pack Foods is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant.
Create-A-Pack Foods is a food co-packer and manufacturer located in beautiful Lake Country Wisconsin with locations in both Ixonia as well as Oconomowoc. Over the past 20 years, Create-A-Pack has grown from an entrepreneurial vision to a multimillion dollar operation that employs over 200 local employees. As we continue to grow, we are looking for hard working, reliable, and dedicated employees to join our team!

Position Duties & Responsibilities include providing support to the maintenance department in the following ways:
- Address minor maintenance concerns/projects of buildings and equipment
- Communicate any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.
- Responsible for any maintenance related errands including transportation of parts, trips to hardware retailers, etc.
- Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
- Applies knowledge of operations to prioritize duties as required
- Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
- Responsible for following food quality and safety guidelines
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measures, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
- Candidate must be self-motivated, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must possess an active drivers license in good standing
