Westmoreland Mechanical Testing & Research is looking to fill our Maintenance and Repair Technician role. In this position you will be involved in the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of all company equipment. You will be repairing machinery that is made with hydraulics, electronics/electrical, and HVAC components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs preventative and responsive maintenance on all machinery-electronics, hydraulics, and HVAC
- Uses a volt and current meter to troubleshoot electronics and electrical systems
- Reads electrical, electronics, and hydraulic schematics
- Assists in developing long-term solutions for all equipment and facility issues
- Adheres to safety practices and policies to create a safety-first culture
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
