1.Tabletop Machine Operator

Days: Monday through Friday

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $16/Hour to start depending upon qualifications and experience.

Job Description: This position would assure all labels are being rewound according to customer specifications and internal procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications: Seeking candidates with a strong focus on attention to details and visual acuity.

2.Rotoflex Printing Machine Operator Hours: M-F, 7:30am-4pm

Pay Rate: $17.00 plus/Hour based on experience

Position Description:

The position would consist of working within our production facility. You will be trained to operate our new finishing rewind machinery while following Quality Control Specifications and inspecting material to ensure the finished product is defect free.

Your duties would include finishing larger press rolls of printed material and rewinding them to smaller rolls per customer requirements. You will be responsible for preparing orders for final QC Inspection. Other responsibilities will include ensuring your area is clean and well maintained.

Requirements:

• Perform Production, Inspection, Packaging and Machine Operation Duties
• Set up Machinery to Job Specifications
• Effectively Monitor Finish Production Equipment and Printed Material
• Assist in other Production Department Duties as necessary
• Perform Appropriate Duties as Assigned by Management
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Workspace
• Follow all Established Safety Rules and Regulations Position Requirements:
• Previous Manufacturing Experience is Preferred. (Will train the Proper Motivated Individual)
• Must have Good Math Skills including the Ability to Read a Ruler.
• Must be able to pass a Basic Math Aptitude Test.
• Lift up to 70 pounds.
• Pre-employment Drug Screen, Background Check and Physical Required.

3.Flexographic Printing Press Operator

Hours: M-F, 7:30am-4pm

Pay Rate: $18.50 plus/hour based on experience

Job Description:

• Operating up to a 6-color flexographic printing press within production facility. Must safely set-up, operate and clean up the flexographic press in a productive manner while following Quality Control Specifications.
• See defects by use of a strobe light, maintain ink management, and mount plates successfully.
• Maintain the print consistency and quality of labels. Clean and well maintained.
• Pre-employment Drug Screen, Background Check and Physical Required.

Requirements:

4.Digital Printing Press / Die Cutter Operator Hours: M-F, 7:30am-4pm Pay Rate: $18.50 plus/Hour based on experience

Job Description:

• Operating an Epson digital printing press and rotary die cutter within production facility.
• Must safely set-up, operate and clean up the digital press and rotary die cutter in a productive manner while following Quality Control Specifications.
• Responsible for maintaining the print and die cut consistency while maintaining the quality of labels. Keep area clean and well maintained.

Requirements:

• Perform Printing, Inspection, and Press Operation Duties
• Set up Digital Press & Die Cutter to Job Specifications
• Effectively Monitor Press/Die Cutter and Printed Material for Consistency
• Follow Quality Control Guidelines from Start to Finish
• Perform Appropriate Duties as Assigned by Management

• Follow all Established Safety Rules and Regulations
• Pre-employment Drug Screen, Background Check and Physical Required.

Skills:

• 1 – 2 years Digital Press and Die Cutter Operator Experience is preferred.

5.Rewinder Machine Operator

1st Shift: 7:30am – 4:00pm, M- F.

2nd shift: 3:50pm – 2am, M-Th (10-hour-shifts) with a paid lunch).

Pay Rate: $16 to start

Job Description: Rewinder Machine Operator. Seeking candidates with a strong focus on attention to details and visual acuity. Looking to grow with the company. These positions would assure all labels are being converted from larger rolls of printed materials into smaller diameter rolls that meet customer specifications and splices, as needed. Set up machine, run orders, inspect labels (and numbered orders in sequence), paperwork, and replenish inventory.

Requirements and Qualifications: Color vision, read a ruler, basic math. Sit constantly. Repetitive. Lift up to 70 lbs. Fast paced, meticulous. H.S. Diploma and/or any equivalent work in warehouse/production/manufacturing experience. Basic mechanical skills. Communicate written/verbal. On-the-job training is available, experience is not required, but preferred.
