We have several Machine Operator/Line Lead positions open on first shift (6:45 am - 5:00 pm.). TS Food Packaging is located at 701 Black Hawk in Burlington, WI.
Our ideal candidates are self-driven, leaders, ambitious, and reliable. Experience in mixing and blending a plus.
Responsibilities

*Responsible for food manufacturing/packing machine operation and changeover activities to maintain high quality finished packaged products * Ability to operate machinery with precision and efficiency. *Work with Production Manager and Maintenance teams to keep equipment running at optimal performance. Performs necessary cleaning of the machines and orchestrates deep cleans with Sanitation Team. *Can lead a production line team to daily output goals with ease * Observes all OSHA and facility safety rules and regulations. * Maintains a clean and orderly work station that is highly efficient * Follows all company General Manufacturing Procedures
Qualifications

*Experienced Bartel Machine Operator in Food Industry is a plus *Mixing and Blending experience also a plus *Strong attention to detail *Positive attitude, punctual, excellent attendance *Accuracy/math skills required
- Able to work well with others / function within a team environment; prior team lead experience is a plus. Prior machine operating experience is required

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $19.00 - $21.00/hour.
