The Allure Group is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Harlem, NY!

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN-T) Responsibilities
- Provide wound care treatment as directed by RN Wound Care Nurse
- Address issues concerning staff members (i.e. CNA) and takes initiative processing in disciplinary action when needed
- Must wear protective equipment as required per department policy and procedure.
- Review the Nursing Care Plan reflecting physical, emotional, restorative, rehabilitative, teaching, and goals for the resident
- Provide quality resident care by utilizing the abilities and capabilities of staff members
- Assist and direct CNAs in the organization and completion of workload to meet the needs of the residents, including but not limited to lifting, transferring, repositioning, etc.
- Integrate the Nursing Plan with the medical care prescribed
- Provide for the proper transcription and execution of physical orders
- Order supplies for the nursing unit
- Responsible for proper and accurate documentation and maintenance of clinical records
Requirements
- Valid NYS LPN license
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Previous experience in long-term care
- Previous experience with Point Click Care
