About the Position:
Leveraging customer service and management experience, the Loss Mitigation Manager at Crescent Bank will work to successfully manage a team that collects late-stage past due loan payments from our customers. This is a critical role in our organization and ultimately helps in achieving our overall company goals and ensuring company profitability.
The person in this role will supervise a team to ensure compliance, performance, and productivity. The person in this role can expect to review and monitor a large portfolio of sub-prime auto loans and set daily collection strategies that minimize risks and loses. They will utilizes their coaching, training, and development skills to drive the team to success and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
What we are looking for:
To find success in this position, a candidate should have five or more years of management experience in late-stage collections, with experience in the sub-prime auto industry is a plus. The person in this role will also need to have great communication and customer service skills. Someone who is a problem solver and results driven will be a top performer in this role.

- 5+ years management experience in subprime auto collections/ late stage collections
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong Knowledge of FDCPA, UDAPP, state and federal collections laws and regulations
- Advance knowledge of late stage collections, repossession and reinstatements
- Experience with coaching and development and strong leadership skills
- Critical skills include: Time management, decision making, communication, time management, problem solving, and customer service
