Logistics Specialist
The Logistics Specialist is primarily responsible for providing the highest level of service and support to operations team as well as our customers and carriers to retain their business, grow their accounts and gain referrals.
Responsibilities
- Appointment scheduling through telephone and e-mail communication with customers.
- Track and ensure all current loads are picked up and delivered on time, while proactively identifying potential problems.
- Communicate with carriers via telephone for regular updates and tracking.
- Work with a team of on-site and off-site employees to service accounts.
- Communication with outside carriers and negotiating.
- Working in multiple customer software, updating their software as needed.
- Uploading documents daily into multiple customer portals.
- Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
