Royal Case is looking for an Assistant to support our Logistics & Supply Chain Management Team. The right candidate for this position will be versatile and organized.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Provide support to Supply Chain & Logistics Management and their team of direct reports, managing calendars and projects and helping the team remain on task.
  • Maintain utmost discretion in a high-trust environment while working through confidential information.
  • Early morning weekday availability for calls with international customers (6:30AM).
  • Work cooperatively with Sales and Administration.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • 2+ years of Office Admin, Office Assistant or similar experience.
  • Effective at managing calendars and schedules.
  • Logistics experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. ERP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Hourly or salary rate will be based on experience. Weekly pay, full benefits available after 60 days. This position is located in our Sherman, Texas headquarters.
