STARK is seeking a Labor Logistics Coordinator in our Long Island City office. Incumbent is eligible for medical, dental, vision, FSA, TransitChek, 401K and PTO benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between labor vendors and directly with designers or clients to schedule site measures for account managers.
- Ensure all appointments are confirmed and assigned using the Microsoft outlook calendar.
- Post site measure, retrieve all drawings, checklists, and site photos for each and file them in the account manager’s assigned SharePoint folder.
- Coordinate between the workrooms and account managers or designers to schedule all deliveries and spreads.
- Ensure calendars and spreadsheets are reviewed and revised everyday to provide 100% accuracy to communicate to team members, clients and account managers.
- Field phone calls from designers, clients, and labor vendors to help trouble shoot any issues that may arise on that given day.
- Post delivery and or installation update all lines within the order and prepare/submit for billing.
- Cross check labor invoices using pricelists and quotes, then approve in our online approval system.
- Assist with either the 5 Star or Claims teams as needed.
- Work with department team members to share scheduling responsibilities efficiently
- Other tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Strong math skills
- Must possess communication, organizational, computer and analytical skills.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook with data entry capabilities.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Must possess a pleasant demeanor, interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task
- Interest in the design industry is preferred
- Frequently communicates with coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information
- Must possess superior time management, organizational and priority setting skills
