We are searching for a go-getter with a can-do attitude to join The Dewberry team. This position will serve as a link between the guest and our servers/bartenders by completing all the invisible tasks of service to ensure our guest standards are met.

An ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter looking to grow their career within the Food & Beverage Industry. He or she will be able to work autonomously and get down to the nitty gritty when requested.

Essential Functions

Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Must love people and have a passion for serving other and the community
• Prepping fresh juices, syrups, and drink garnishments.
• Stocking the bar with liquor, beer, napkins, ice, and drink garnishments.
• Polish glass, silver, and china for service.
• Removing soiled dishes from the table to the dish-washing area.
• Assist with water, coffee, and food service.
• Anticipate the needs of a Bartender during service.
• Restocking the bar with all needed products and materials throughout the shift.
• Retain detailed knowledge of all food items sold.
• Cleans up spills, broken service ware and attends to similar problems during service with minimal disruption to guests

Full time Daytime and Evening hours available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8.00 - $33.00 per hour
