R101 Coater Operator – Senior Operator
Job Description: Major job responsibilities include:
Must adhere to all company and job specific safety rules
Lead range operator – must be able to communicate effectively with all range operators and assist/lead in decision making when opportunities arise.
Setting up and auditing the coating section of the machine to produce 1st quality carpet
Following DTM standards daily and by period
Owning root cause analysis for stops and scrap from the coater area
Communicate effectively with fellow range operators, supervisors, engineering, etc.
Desirable (not required) qualifications:
ABB experience
Coating experience
Knowledge of environmental processes
Proven leadership
This is a first shift position.
