- Live-in caregivers love our clients – who have one of the highest retention rates in the nation.
- Our average client employs their live-in for >1 year, and some for 5+ years.
ADL assistance needed for a man to live alone.
- Care location: Hollywood CA
- Care recipient(s): Woman in her 80's
- Care needs: All ADLs.
- Mobility: Wheelchair only
- Non-care needs: IADLs, medication reminders, companionship, meal prep, driving etc..
- Schedule: Six day live-in, with 24 hrs off per week for respite. If you are not local, you are welcome to stay at the house on your off shifts with no work duties if you wish.
- Have proof of covid-19 vaccination
- Must have already had at least two verifiable live-in care jobs, with one lasting 6 months or longer
- Must have strong recommendations from at least 2+ previous home care clients, with at least one being from a live-in position that lasted more than 6 months.
- Have proof of health insurance or be willing to get a policy yourself, if hired
- Have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable ADL experience for a paying employer
- Someone who will promote and plan activities to do with the care recipient.
- Be a self-motivated, problem-solver by nature. Someone who requires little to no supervision to handle most new problems, excluding emergencies.
- The Benefits:
- Annual pay of $140,000-$160,000 DOE per year (depending on experience and schedule)
- Competitive benefits package including sick, personal time off, and vacation time.
- Scheduled weekly time off to leave the home, including the option to take a week off after 6 months of service.
- Rent-free furnished bedroom in his home
