Our organization is looking for a Line Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production line, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and providing guidance and support to team members. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of safety protocols.

This is a hands-on leadership role, where the Assembly Line Lead supervises the production associates (<10 production associates) while working alongside them.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain production line quality and efficiency.
• Ensure that safety protocols are being followed.
• Train and supervise line workers.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and quality.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise on the production line.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure that all orders are completed on time.
• Assist in the development of new processes and procedures.
• As shift planning might deviate you are able to work the day, late or night shift.

Shift schedules:

1st shift: Mon-Fri 6:00am - 2:30pm

2nd shift: Mon-Fri 2:20pm - 10:50pm

3rd shift: Sun 8:40pm - 6:10am, Mon - Thu 10:40pm - 6:10am

(Weekend availability required, Overtime)
