The DoubleTree Hotel of Tinton Falls is seeking a PM line cook. We want to hear from you!
In this position, you will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the hotel's kitchen, which includes cooking for the on-site restaurant, room service, and all hotel functions. Join a great team and help us maintain our Quality and Consistency.
Job Requirements:
- Help ensure compliance with our Food & Beverage policies and procedures
- Be on time
- Be professional
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance with the possibility to learn and grow within the company
- *Prior experience with high-volume restaurant/banquet food prep is preferred*
- *Serv Safe certified candidates are preferred*
- Knowledge of steak temperatures
- Must be able to work independently
