This is a part-time, on call position. The shifts needed are either Saturday or Sunday from 8am to 3pm or 3pm to 10pm. Also, one weeknight from 4pm to 10pm.

This Lifeguard position is for an indoor pool located at our Four Points Conference Center in Norwood, MA. Our indoor pool is within a beautiful two story Atrium and is heated all winter!

Responsibilities

The Lifeguard's primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of all guests utilizing the pool and surrounding pool areas. To monitor and handle upkeep according to city standards. Administer first aid and/or CPR if needed.

• Continuously watch and supervise guests in and around the pool
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the pool area consistently and uniformly
• Maintain the pool according to health department standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• First Aid program, CPR and Lifeguard training preferred (willing to certify the right candidate)
• Be able to respond to an emergency quickly and efficiently. Be able to maintain a secure and safe environment without offending guests.

The hiring range for this position is $15 to $20.40 per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
