A day in the life of an Administrative Compliance Associate:

  • Obtain business and medical licensure renewals, review license requirements for policy updates.
  • Assist with compliance tasks and special projects.
  • Remain current on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Investigate regulatory inquiries as assigned and provide accurate information to Administrative Compliance Coordinator to provide an increased awareness of applicable regulations as it pertains to the inquiry.
  • Assist in interdepartmental problem-solving collaboration through communication with regulatory agencies and department Coordinators.
  • Continually evolve to understand the current market as well as competition that we face in each region.
  • Assist with Site Visits, including scheduling and training as needed.
  • Opportunity to cross-train and support other functional areas within the company as needed.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, or verbally to licensing bodies, inspectors, and other team members.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety and compliance and report any
  • concerns of non-compliance in any area to your manager immediately.
  • Perform other duties as requested by Administrative Compliance Coordinator.
