We are currently offering a sign on bonus of $2,000 for licensed therapists and $1,000 for Clinical Trainee!!

This is a full time salaried position that we are looking to fill with either a Licensed Therapist or a Clinical Trainee!

Job Summary:

The Licensed Therapist or Clinical Trainee I or II is responsible for managing a clinical case load, providing a combination of the following services: case management, quality intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, intervention, supportive therapy, group therapy, family therapy, evaluation and termination. This position is responsible to provide educational presentations and workshops, and to fulfill contract agreements with county agencies, schools, and parishes in specified locations throughout the diocese. Supervision of peers, volunteers and staff may be requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in a related field plus a Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC are required.

Job-Related Experience: A minimum of two years of post-Master’s experience, including completion of clinical supervision toward licensure.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Must possess Minnesota licensure for LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT; must have education and/or experience diagnosing mental health disorders

Clinical Trainee I or Clinical Trainee II

Job Summary:

The Rule 47 Clinical Trainee is responsible to manage a clinical case load by providing a combination of the following services: diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, skills, individual/family/group therapy, psychoeducational classes, and termination. This position may be responsible to provide educational presentations and workshops, and to fulfill contract agreements with county agencies, schools, and parishes in specified locations throughout the diocese. Supervision of peers, volunteers and staff may be requested.

In addition to working at the Behavioral Health Clinic, it is expected that the Clinical Trainee I or II will be working with the child and adolescent population and also aid in partnering within Catholic Charities by providing individual and group psychotherapy to individuals in others programs as needed.

Clinical Trainee I Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Master's Level Degree in Psychology, Community Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Job Related Experience: Experience requirement is successful completion of a Master's level internship.

Additional Requirement: Must be in a track of licensure for LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT; required curriculum on diagnosing mental health disorders

Clinical Trainee II Minimum Requirements:

Education: Master’s Level Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Job Related Experience: One year of post-master's experience, along with completion of a minimum of 50% of clinical supervision toward licensure.

Additional Knowledge, skills, and abilities required: Must be in a track of licensure for LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT; required curriculum on diagnosing mental health disorders.
