Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Vice President of Community Services and Vice President of Clinical Services, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide therapeutic services to patients in an outpatient setting.
The Controller is responsible for but is not limited to, maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions, accruals, financial statement preparation, and performing general accounting functions.
Responsibilities include:
- Clinical assessment and provision of therapeutic intervention to individuals, couples, and groups of all ages presenting for treatment
- Development and implementation of treatment plans, with a focus on evidence-based interventions
- Ongoing assessment and evaluation of the efficacy of treatment interventions and appropriate modification of treatment plans as needed
- Maintenance of accurate and timely documentation of services within an electronic health record (EHR)
- Active collaboration with other treatment professionals, both internally and externally, to ensure the best possible course of treatment for all clients
- Collection and provision of client information in accordance with established state and federal requirements for confidentiality
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Masters' Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university
- Unrestricted licensed to practice in the state of Nevada as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
