Job Description

Looking for a self-starting Level III systems support engineer. The candidate must be able to multitask and work on customer IT projects with ease. The perfect candidate will be able to integrate in to, and interact with a dynamic team, as well as effectively and courteously communicate with clients as well as other team members. The ability to lead a team is also a major plus. Diligent documentation and organization skills are a must.

Job / Technical Requirements:

• 5+ Years Experience Required
• Previous MSP Experience is a plus
• Windows Desktop Operating Systems- 10, 11 etc
• Windows Server Operating Systems- Windows Server 2012, 2012r2, 2016, 2019, Active Directory, etc.
• Excellent Problem Solving / Troubleshooting Skills
• Microsoft Exchange 2016, 2019, Office 365
• VMWare / Hyper-V Virtualization
• AWS and MS Azure administration & deployment
• Networking LAN/WAN concepts, structure and equipment
• Remote Desktop / Terminal Server Experience
• O365 Administration and migrations
• Server and Desktop Hardware Troubleshooting
• Firewalls and Network Security (Sophos a plus)

Experiential skills (Most, if not all, are MUST haves)

· Experience in migrations to O365/M365

· Experience in advanced Active Directory design, management, and troubleshooting to include Multisite AD site replication, group policies DNS, and DHCP best practices

· Experience and advanced skills in hypervisor architecture, implementation, and best practices (vmware and HyperV)

· Experience in advanced RDS and VDI design, implementation, and best practices.

· Experience in RMM tools

· Experience endpoint threat monitoring tools

· Experience in the development of network design (systems and services)

· Experience in the development of statements of work and project management

Soft Skills
