The Health Education & Promotion program area in the School of Community Health Sciences, Counseling and Counseling Psychology is seeking candidates to fill one, full-time, 9-month instructional position at OSU-Tulsa.

The 9-month position begins Fall 2022 and the successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in the areas of Health and Human Performance and Health Education & Promotion. The individual is expected to teach a 4-4 load of courses that may include: Physiology of Exercise; Motor Learning; Biomechanics; Psychosocial Issues in Health; Sexual Health; and Alcohol & Drug Education. The individual is also expected to provide service to the program, school, college, and university. Other duties may be assigned by the School Head.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Public Health, Community Health or related area.

Ability to teach in a higher education setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ph.D./Ed.D
