What You Will Do
Lead the charge for effective leasing and customer engagement in property management for the best properties in town!
- Communicate the features and benefits of the property while building rapport and providing great leasing services
- Explain and assist with the completion of applications and leasing agreements
- Assist with light cleaning of move outs and the occasional sparkling of units
- Golf cart operations may be necessary for onsite property tours
- Frequently sitting, standing and walking.
- Occasionally lifting up to 15 lbs
- Travel between assigned properties
What You Will Need
- Previous leasing experience preferred
- Weekend availability
- Attention to detail and a knack for explaining the features available on property
- A warm and engaging personality that is inviting and friendly to others
- The ability to multi-task and to follow-up with potential renters, vendors and residents
- Professional attitude and positive demeanor that enhances teamwork
- Exceptional communications both over the phone and in-person
