Leasing Consultant - Lisle, IL $1000-Sign on Bonus Job at HEARTLAND REALTY INVESTORS, INC
Looking for a Leasing Superstar to be the face of our community in Lisle, IL.
We are looking for experienced leasing agent. Applicants without leasing experience will not be considered.
You will need to accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss size and layout of rooms, available facilities, local shopping, entertainment and why our community is a great place to live!
Showing and leasing apartments to prospective tenants by performing the following duties:
- Touring apartments with prospective tenants & process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants
- Ensure that all community areas including the club house and leasing office are in perfect condition
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Complete and maintain traffic guest cards
- Maintain/keep current all internet marketing sites for each community.
- Work with community manager to plan/implement all resident functions.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Leasing Experience (Required)
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to work Weekends
- Ability to multi-task
* This position is eligible for a $1000 Sign-on Bonus, you must be active in the role, and it will be paid out after 90 days of employment with the company. *
Compensation to include:
