We're looking for a responsible professional to join our team as a Leasing Agent. The unique position requires the successful candidate to perform administrative duties as well as provide hands-on service to our clients and customers. Our Leasing Agents must be reliable, dedicated and have an eye for detail in order to keep the office running smoothly. The successful applicant will be expected to perform tasks including answering client questions about leasing information and procedures, processing paperwork and payments, managing leases and customer files.
- Meet and greet prospects in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Explain leasing options, determine needs, eligibility and desirability.
- Keep up to date records of vacancies and dates of availability.
- Show apartments to prospect,. and inspect prior to move-ins.
- Familiarity with community and surrounding areas, schools, public transportation and other pertinent neighborhood information.
- Cash handling, and applying payments to account.
- Check and comply with model set up and care policies.
- Problem solve tenant issues and work with management for resolution.
- Provide weekly marketing reports as designated.
- Leasing follow-up on inquired applications.
- Ensure company mission is carried out and maintained at all times.
