Summary
Young Living is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Leadership Support Agent. This position plays a significant role in cultivating leadership and increasing our brand partners' success by providing exceptional phone, email, and chat support. Furthermore, they will focus on increasing leader advancement, field retention, Essential Rewards participation, and revenue.
What You'll Get to Do

Provide overall, day-to-day business support for Brand Partners via phone, email, chat/SMS, face to face and must be comfortable utilizing multiple internal systems to provide a great member experience.

Work with Brand Partners to enhance their member experience, can change pace depending on the business needs, and help be our Brand Partner best advocate.

Educate our Brand Partners on policies, new information and overall company needs.

Travel and support training events once or twice per quarter. Manage set-up, registration, volunteers, and tear-down of event sales table at training events.

Boost team with solid and consistent corporate leadership and support to the field.
What You'll Need - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Passion for resolving issues and helping people succeed
- Basic skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Call Center experience (preferred)
- Working knowledge of direct sales/MLM industry and compensation plans (preferred, but not required)
Expected Work Days & Work Location
- This position requires Saturday as a regular workday 8:30 am until 5 pm, but it can be work from home/remote.
- This position requires work onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at our corporate offices in Lehi, Utah. Work from home/remote work is available on the other two workdays. The shift on Monday through Friday is 10:30 am until 7 pm.
