We’re hiring a Head of Service at Mt. Lassen Treatment Center in San Andreas, CA, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. The Head of Service is the head of the Clinical operations for a Residential Treatment Facility that serves at-risk youth.

**$7500.00 Sign On Bonus (Paid at three, six, and nine months)**

What you will do:

  • Work closely with Case Management and the Clinical Team regarding the mental health needs of students, assisting in the behavior management of students with mental illness or mental issues.
  • Oversee and evaluate individual, group, family, and case management services provided by the therapeutic personnel.
  • Coordinate contracted services (psychological, psychiatric, specialized treatment, and community programs).

To be considered, you should:

  • Have one of the following credentials PhD or PsyD in a Psychology related field AND 5 years Clinical Experience OR
  • Be a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) AND 2 years Clinical Experience OR
  • Have current BBS registration as an ACSW AND 2 years Clinical Experience
  • Have the demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.
