Crescent Bank is looking for a talented professional to fill an open position as a Lead Project Manager. In this role, you will be collaborating with team members and stakeholders across our Originations & Servicing, Sales, Product, Tech, Data and other key teams to shape and deliver on the most critical initiatives for the Bank.
The role requires one to be passionate about delivering results, be an innovative and strategic thinker, quick learner, self-motivated, detail oriented and a team player. The ideal candidate is very familiar with complexities of a servicing operations set-up and have a strong background in project and process management, and most importantly a passion to solve complex business problems and challenge status quo.

In this role, your responsibilities would include
- Management of medium to high complexity critical projects across different areas of the bank, from inception to delivery
- Development of detailed project and risk mitigation plans, informed by thorough understanding of business intent, execution and staffing needs for successful outcomes
- Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
- Ensuring active management/ escalation of risks to delivery of projects timelines or intent
- Provide senior management comprehensive project updates (as relevant for the project) and facilitate key working sessions to address key issues/ risks to project delivery
- Works closely with Operations to develop change management plans, ensuring organizational readiness and effective monitoring
- Set-up framework for organization's approach to Project Management
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience, with at least 5+ Years of Project or Program Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- Ability to work independently with broad guidance, manage multiple priorities, and lead through influence
- Fast learner, with bias for action
- Strong problem solving to drill down to root cause/ deal with ambiguity
- Must be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
- Time management/prioritization, high attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Master’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in project or program leadership role
