Requirements- 3 years’ experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
6 months experience in similar capacity
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, guests.
Have creative ideas and collaborate with others for new food items
Be able to work on a faced paced line doing multiple stations
Pay attention to detail and is organized with respect to opening and closing checklists.
Active food safety manager certification
Must be able to lift 30 lb. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
