Home Care Heating and Air is a newer south metro residential HVAC company that is looking for leaders. We want experienced service technicians to work with us to build systems that create the best results for our employees and our customers. Within the physical walls of Home Care already reside the twin cities largest chimney service company and a 7,000 square foot sheet metal fabrication shop with 4 full time employees.

The infrastructure including CSRs, the building, the trucks, accounting, project management and other administration are already in place, we are looking for a leader to help us move forward in the coming months and years to build the best HVAC company in the state.

Your responsibilities may include...

• Assisting the existing management teams in building systems and processes for service and installation
• Assisting in the establishment of vendor relationships
• Assisting in the development of shop organization
• Service and repair of residential HVAC systems
• Designing and selling appropriate solutions to our customers

Desired Qualifications

• 5 years residential HVAC service experience
• Clean driving record
• Motivated for growth in your career and life
• Love meeting and helping our customers
• Experience with Service Titan
• Autonomous, takes initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
