Job Summary:
The Lead Denture Technician must demonstrate the ability to produce high quality restorations as well as train and develop denture technicians, quality control cases and communicate effectively with doctors and other members of the leadership team. The Lead Denture Technician should be focused on high quality and ensuring that the highest level of customer satisfaction is being maintained. Must be able to communicate and have the ability to work well with others.
Responsibilities, Duties, and Essential Functions:
- Must complete daily production requirements to Laboratories Standards - Running at a minimum of 80% production
- Must be able to communicate effectively with assigned Doctors
- Must use critical thinking to identify solutions
- Required to keep removable department picked-up, clean and free of clutter
- Required to strive for a total team working relationship
- Must make progress towards personal development goals
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain an organized and clean bench
- Uses different kinds of hand tools and equipment
- Recognize and reports problem cases or cases that need additional prep work
- Work independently or seek help if needed
- Must follow standards of conduct as outlined in the employee handbook
- In addition to these typical duties, engage in other duties and special projects as assigned and required

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour
