The ideal candidate
- Full-Time Availability: M-F 8am-7pm
- Part-Time Minimum Availability: Must have at least 3 weekday afternoons (3pm-7pm) available
- High School Diploma okay, but Bachelor's Preferred
- Demonstrate proof of ability to work in the US, Valid Driver's License/Auto Insurance
- Ability to write, speak, and understand English
- Pass a federal background check
- Show proof of immunization (TB, TDap, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Polio, etc.)
- Ability to life 50 pounds, sit, stand, twist, and move for long periods of time
- Conducted ABA Therapy for at least 1 year (2 years preferred)
- Registered Behavior Technician (Active)
Duties of a Lead Therapist
- Implement ABA therapy to clients in center, home, & school
- Teach language, play, socil, and adaptive skills
- Complete Therapist Notes after session
- Collect data during sessions
- Train parents
- Lead Team Meetings
- Traing new hires in-field
- Peer Mentor to new hires
- Participate in Staff Meetings and Trainings
- PLAY! Yes, play! Move around during the sessions playing games or engaging in other activities while implementing goal-specific instructions,
- Performance of other reasonably related duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
