Lead Automotive Technician Job at Capital Tire and Auto Repair
We are looking for a Lead Mechanic, that has the drive to come in and help our service move to the next level
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented, hard working mechanic to make money
We are a busy full service repair facility, doing everything from oil changes to alignments to engines and transmissions
The right candidate will have 4 plus years post school experience in all aspects of repairing cars and light trucks
There is plenty of work to keep you busy and making money
Must have your own tools
Must have valid drivers license
Duties will include, alignments, diagnostics, brakes, tires, maintenance, engine repair, transmission repair, oil changes, suspension repair, and other repairs
Hours will include days, nights (till 6pm) and Saturdays (No Sundays) 50-55 hours per week or more if you want (hours could be adjusted as needed)
Plenty of overtime available, you can work 6 days a week if you want
Pay will depend on qualifications and is flat rate based , will be hourly base plus commission
Current mechanic is billing out 60-80+ hours per week and is leaving lots more on the table
Very little warranty work, and zero recalls like at dealer
This is a great opportunity for an experienced mechanic that wants to be the lead, and get all the good work for yourself
