Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking dedicated General Laborers for a full-service native habitat restoration landscaping and general engineering firm in the San Juan Capistrano area immediately!

Team environment, long-term opportunity, and entry-level experience are welcomed!

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am to 3:30pm

Responsibilities

• General Labor and landscaping Digging, planting, irrigation, and sprinkler installing No lifting over 50 lbs. unassisted
• Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers.
• Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.
• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
• Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans.
• Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, or shrubs and apply mulch for protection, using gardening tools.
• Attach wires from planted trees to support stakes.

Requirements

• 3-6 months experience in landscaping or general construction
• Must be comfortable working outside
• PPE will be provided
