GreenLawn Specialists is looking for a lawn and landscape field supervisor. We are family owned, local business! Do you love being outside and working in the changing seasons?
Job Duties:
- Manage 4-5 mowing and enhancement crews.
- Train new employees
- Job quality checks
- Safety training
- Customer service
- Oversee snow removal tasks in winter
- Perform mowing and landscape maintenance tasks
- Coach and mentor employees to improve performance
Job Requirements:
- 3 years experience in lawn and landscape maintenance
- Valid OH drivers licencse and insurable driving record
- Able to lift 50lbs throught the work day
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Represent the company values to motivate the team
