Job Description:
The Opportunity:
The client is looking for a Coordinator, Leadership Development, to join our Global L&D team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with an ambitious mission and to help build the future of Leadership and Learning & Development at SIE.
You’ll work across a global team to support the design and delivery of world-class development opportunities for employees of all levels.
This is a long-term contract role that will be 6+ months and offer hybrid flexibility.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years HR experience.
Day-to-day activity:
Provide administrative, communication, and training support to Learning & Development (L&D) programs and initiatives
Manage arrangements for learning programs, including marketing, scheduling, registration, hospitality and catering, day-of support, and post-event evaluation.
Support vendor management through PO Processing and keeping records up to date.
Produce virtual learning engagements including room management, taking attendance and troubleshooting technical issues.
Research and source external learning content and facilitators.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Teams
2+ years HR experience
