Hiring for Kitchen Manager with Sushi experience!

Our restaurant is looking for a manager with sushi experience to oversee our kitchen. The right person for this position will be energetic and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Someone that has management within a full-service restaurant but maybe even more importantly, experience with sushi so you understand the in's and out's of the main dishes offered within our restaurant.

Standard knowledge on food and labor costs, scheduling, ordering, food safety and sanitation guidelines is required.

Pay is based on experience both in management and with sushi: $55-75k.
