Currently, KBP operates nearly 1,000 restaurants across 29 states throughout the United States;

• KFC in 28 States and is YUM's largest KFC Franchisee ( NO LATE HOURS! Restaurant Opening Hours are 10 - 10PM)
• Arby’s in 6 states
• Taco Bell in 6 states

Salary, Bonus and Benefits

Up to $75,00 the first year*:

> Base Salary $50,000 to $65,000 per annum (the "ANNUAL BASE SALARY") commensurate with years of experience. In addition, General Manager shall receive a

> $10,000 Retention Bonus in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Retention Bonus program and continued employment through the applicable bonus payment date. The Retention Bonus shall be paid in two parts:

• -> $2,000 paid after 30 days successful transition to an RGM

• -> $8,000 paid after at 1 year from hire date

>$500 additional MP RETENTION BONUS- per Period

> General Managers Bonus Program up to $600 for operations performance per period: In this role, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, which is paid out every period. The bonus payout is calculated each period based on the restaurant sales, profitability, and voice of the customer metrics. (These metrics are subject to change).

Essential Functions:

• Lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk constantly for entire shifts.
• Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow direction.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and carry a minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance coverage.
