As a Junior Salesforce Developer at Homelink, you will participate in the optimization of our internal systems and operations around Salesforce.com. You will be a critical part of refining Homelink’s growing business by providing scalable data storage methods and code. Essential Responsibilities:

• Help maintain and improve development and deployment processes.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Develop on the Force.com platform using APEX, SOQL, and Lightning, Flows and other Declarative automations.
• Work with the team to take bug reports, identify the issues, and fix or send them to the right team member to fix.
• Engage with peers and stakeholders to identify technical debt in your area of responsibility and recommend and prioritize long-term solutions.

Job Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science
• One year of experience developing in the salesforce ecosystem - Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Process Builders etc.
• Thorough knowledge on APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Experience integrating large enterprise systems with salesforce.
• Experience in developing batch jobs, Asynchronous apex, lightning flows.
• Knowledge of salesforce's different modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Prediction Builder etc.
• Understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and how to use them to develop integrations.
• Strong experience with a relational database management system (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
• Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support third-party integrations with Salesforce.
• Implement solutions within an agile SDLC framework that delivers high-quality code on a frequent basis.
• Input into overall technical architecture, best practices, and standards for development in salesforce platform
• Experience in dealing with large data volume.
• Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum or Kanban)
• Ensure best practices with software architecture and development.

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands through fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

This position is full-time. It will require a flexible schedule that may necessitate occasional evenings/weekends coverage. Position will require on call responsibilities/support as scheduled by management.
