$45,000 - $120,000 OTE

This company is an industry leader in recruitment and offers a great opportunity for career-driven graduates or sales people.

Within your first year in the company you will enter a 4 step progression plan:

1st Stage: 6 week intensive training with seminars focused on working with candidates. You will be trained to be an expert in speaking to job seekers and understanding their needs, personalities and drivers. This is all about building relationships and learning to be credible within the technology space.

2nd Stage: learning your market. You will discuss with your manager where in the business you want to specialise and get training on that market. Training is focussed on the best companies to work for, understanding the job roles you recruit for and the future developments of the market.

3rd Stage: Learning how to develop new business. This will be done through speaking to companies and understanding their requirements. Also, social media marketing and how to use LinkedIn as an engagement tool.

4th Stage: Implementing all the stages to become a full 360 recruiter. This will come with a pay rise and graduation lunch trip!!

In your second year you will work to become a manager and hire a graduate like yourself to mentor.

This company has the best training in the industry with different seminars you can drop into if you need support. Also, they hire external trainers to come in and give you alternate approaches to your work.

What is Recruitment?

• You will be generating leads and winning new clients, sourcing great candidates, and building your network. It’s a challenging and demanding role, but arguably one of the most rewarding.
• You will be trained on mastering both client and candidate relationship building, established through various networking techniques leading you to become a well-established recruiter in your field as well as a top-performing biller!
• The role will focus on responsive relationship management with candidates as well as up most attention to client mandates and timely project delivery.
• You will build and develop client and candidate relationships through the recruiting process.
