Zinda Law Group is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Junior Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for search engine marketing to join our team! This position will work primarily onsite in our Northwest Austin office, with opportunity to work remotely.

As a Junior Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Tactical campaign development and expansion of existing paid search marketing campaigns;
  • Performing in-depth analysis of campaigns to ensure KPIs are being met and to identify underperforming campaigns;
  • Conducting keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns to maximize budget while hitting key business objectives such as traffic, sales, and ROI/ROAS goals;
  • Analyzing and interpreting data;
  • Monitoring, tracking, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and decrease CPA/CAC;
  • Making recommendations on keyword selection while prioritizing expansion efforts;
  • Continuously researching and testing new ads and ad formats;
  • Producing weekly campaign performance reports;
  • Ongoing paid keyword discovery and expansion;
  • Managing individual and/or team projects;
  • Regularly reviewing and updating existing digital marketing content;
  • Executing and maintaining social media campaigns;
  • Regularly analyzing competitors;
  • Implementing and executing long term brand management strategies.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with the following qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of Paid Search experience in Google/Bing for B2C/B2b lead gen or equivalent;
  • 3+ years of hands-on SEM campaign management;
  • 2+ years of experience managing YouTube advertising campaigns or equivalent;
  • 2+ years of executive experience Google Display campaigns or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years of experience with CRM/ESP tools such as Marketo or Hubspot;
  • Proven track record of managing, maintaining and optimizing PPC campaigns;
  • Experience managing budgets of $100k+/month;
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and B2B customer acquisition;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of trends, best practices, and updates within PPC platforms;
  • Extremely data driven and the desire to measure, test, learn and improve to get the best results;
  • Key focus on scaling high-quality leads within a budgeted CPA;
  • Can effectively take ownership of, and report on, landing page optimization;
  • Experience with pixel tracking implementation (such as Google Tag Manager)
  • Strong ability for reporting and working with Excel/Google Sheets (you can analyze large data sets and know all the important Excel functions like sorting, filtering, vlookups and pivot tables;
  • Experience with WordPress and link building;
  • Experience in social, retargeting, mobile app and other digital acquisition channels;
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills;
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven;
  • Performance and growth oriented mindset;
  • Extremely self-motivated with a strong work ethic;
  • Analytical mindset, natural curiosity and stay up to date with SEM and paid media trend;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the executive team;
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field preferred.
