Junior Client Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Client Financial Analyst who is comfortable working with large data sets, is detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. This person will report to VP, Client Finance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial support to client service teams and monitor client budgets on a project basis
  • Responsible for updating & maintaining various financial trackers (with the focus on Actuals Details & Invoicing Schedules)
  • Partner closely with the client and Omaha Shared Services to maintain job codes - ensuring job codes are opened/updated/closed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Partner with client service teams to ensure monthly financial schedule/calendar is followed
  • Partner closely with Shared Services/Omaha to drive efficiency and effectiveness on billing process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Enter and monitor actuals data in the Client Procurement tool monthly and enter & update the internal RPT (Revenue Reporting Tool) quarterly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic & Math majors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with very strong excel skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • SAP and Hyperion background preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage workload, prioritize and streamline tasks
  • Able to anticipate problems, analyze situations and proactively come up with solutions
  • Ability to effectively work and communicate with finance and non-financial people, alike
