PROFILE
We are actively seeking a solutions-oriented Software Implementation Specialist to join JobProgress, a subsidiary of Leap. You will be directly responsible for onboarding new JobProgress customers. RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Serve as the central tactical point of contact for customers onboarding experience
- Execute onboarding project plans with each new JobProgress customer
- Follow project management best practices, including but not limited to time tracking, development and maintenance of project plans, and clear communication
- Conduct interactive, hands-on customer training
- Identify and mitigate issues, concerns and project risks

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS*
- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience using, supporting, or troubleshooting web-based applications
- 1-2 years of experience serving in an external client-facing role
- 1-2 years of software implementation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-sensitive environment
- Strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and iOS Products required; SalesForce.com and Basecamp experience is a plus
