Averaging 25 years of experience, our professional kitchen designers possess the knowledge and ability to create stylish kitchens, with the newest accessories to provide outstanding functionality for your family. The majority of our lead designers have owned their own businesses and JM’s management team has over 85 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry.

Kitchen & Bath Designer/Sales

JM Kitchen & Bath Design has immediate openings for experienced designers in our Brand New Arvada location and our showrooms on the Front Range. We have great locations that generate consistent walk in traffic. In addition, our focus on marketing keeps our designers with a constant flow of exciting design projects.

Routine Responsibilities include:

Timely follow-up with company-provided showroom and website leads

Effective design presentations to clients using 2020 Software

Prepare sales contracts from company-provided software

Verify material & labor pricing with suppliers / trade partners

Assist in job problem solving as applicable

Responsive, while returning phone calls & emails in a timely fashion

Work showroom every 3rd or 4th Weekend

Minimum Job Responsibilities & Experience:

3 years’ experience as a mid to high-end kitchen & bath designer

Must be proficient in 2020 Design Software or similar Software Suite

Average to advanced computer skills

Excellent customer service and interactive skills

Self – motivated with excellent work ethic

Compensation:

Very lucrative commission opportunity!

Commission Sales ranging from $60,000 to $100,000+

Employee to be offered an initial draw for startup and income smoothing

Employment Conditions:

Must be U.S. Citizen or legally qualified to work in the U.S. and currently living in Colorado.

Must have a valid driver’s license, automobile in good condition, & $500k Auto Liability Insurance
