Janitorial Crew Leader Job at Opportunity Enterprises, Inc.
1. Provide direction and supervision of staff and contracts
2. Perform necessary duties to insure compliance with contract specifications
3. Responsible for safety of crews regarding safe use of equipment and supplies
4. Responsible for quality control check to insure that all specifications are followed
5. Responsible for record keeping
6. Monitoring and reinforcing of proper cleaning techniques (Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing restrooms)
7. Assist in evaluating employee’s performances
8. Responsible for maintenance of on–the-job employee communication, writing, and in log book)
9. Responsible for transporting employees to and from work site in company car or if needed personal car (will be reimbursed for mileage)
10. Attend all in-services and agency meetings, as required
Qualifications
1) Must possess a valid Driver's License, with a driving record acceptable to Opportunity Enterprises, Inc. insurance carrier
2) Must have high school diploma/GED
3) Must be 18 years of Older
4) Must pass pre-screening requirements (i.e. Drug screening, TB Test, and Background check)
