We Are:
The award winning Coconutz Sports Bar and beachside outdoor Jamaica Joez' Beach Bar located in Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort are seeking individuals for supervisor positions. Must be proficient in running a restaurant. Individual will be experienced in providing leadership and direction in communication and administrating daily operations. Weekend and holiday availability required. A.M. &P.M. shifts available.
What Would You Be Doing:
As a valued and successful Restaurant Supervisor you will be able to drive the following:
- Promptly handle guests’ complaints.
- Fill in for staff when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure your staff, including all new hires, are trained to meet standards.
- Know restaurant standards and hold employees accountable for consistently meeting these standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire employees to meet and exceed standards.
- Light administrative duties include beverages ordering, staff scheduling, P.O.S. employee reports.
