IT Technician Job at SunPlus Data Group, Inc.
SunPlus Data Group is looking for an IT Technician to work for a State Government facility in Atlanta, GA.
This is for 12 months to start and is likely to extend
Hours are generally M-F, 40 hrs/week
Pay is $32/hr W2 hourly or $36/hr 1099 (CTC)
**(THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE ONLY, MANDATORY NO EXCEPTIONS)**
It usually takes the State Government about 1-3 weeks to start interviews, just so that you are aware of the timeframe. The first interview will usually be via phone or WebEx.
Job Summary:
The State of SC is seeking an IT Technician with documented experience.
- The IT Technician will be highly motivated and capable of helping answer front line calls via incoming phone or front desk service to meet Madison College Technical Services (TS) needs for faculty/admin staff.
- This work includes answering technical questions on various TS procedures and software the college uses.
- This role requires someone with customer service skills. Someone who can work with issues through the phone or in person and someone that can be comfortable under pressure.
